23.07.2024: Global IT Outage – Normal Service Resumed

Dear Patients,

As many of you will be aware, the practice was severely impacted by the global IT outage on Friday 19th July 2024.

We would like to thank all of our patients for their understanding and patience during the IT outage.

Our systems have now been restored. We are now fully operational and normal service has resumed. The outage has caused a significant backlog of work and prescriptions but we are working extremely hard and have put in extra measures and staff to minimise any further disruption to patients.
