Text Messaging Appointment Reminders

We have a facility for our patients to send text messaging 48 hours before their booked appointments as a reminder. All registered patients will be enabled for this service as a default setting, providing we have an up to date mobile number on the patient record.

If you need to update your mobile number then please email [email protected] with your updated mobile number or you can use the “update your records” tab on the home page and complete the update form.

If you do not wish to be reminded of your appointment and wish to opt out of this service then please email the practice manager using the email address as above, or telephone the surgery or alternatively inform a receptionist when booking your appointment.
