Patients can now Cancel an Appointment by Text Message

We have a new Text messaging service whereby we can remind patients of their appointments and if no longer needed the patient can cancel by texting back Cancel to us. We can also send patients a Text reminder for a review or flu vaccination. If we need to cancel your appointment we can also inform you by Text.

Texting relies on the practice having an up to date mobile telephone number. We would be grateful if you could let a receptionist know if you change your mobile number.
