Chronic Disease Reviews can be booked with one of our practice nurses for: Asthma, Diabetes, Chronic Bronchitis, COPD, Heart Disease, Heart Failure and Hypertension.
Our nurses also see patients for smears, 75yr , HRT, contraception, foreign travel advice, immunisations, pre conception advice.
Emergency Contraception Available on Request.
Community Pharmacist

Cathy undertakes structured medication reviews with patients.
District Nurses Wound management available by appointment at Chapelfields and HCRC. Home visits and palliative care available by arrangement.
Our Healthcare Team
We have a team of district nurses attached to the practice who look after our housebound patients.
We have Kerry who sees patients for health checks available for patients aged 40 – 74 years with no pre-existing conditions. Kerry comes into the practice every Thursday.
