The surgery is situated on Ditchfield Road near the junction with Hale Road.
The Practice has four GP Partners;

The practice building provides easy access for disabled people and parents with prams. All consulting rooms on the ground floor. To the front of the surgery, this is car park for patients with 2 disabled parking bays.
