When you call you will be assessed by a member of the clinical team to make sure your problem comes under either:
- Trauma – this is usually cause by a blow to the face – (a lost filling is not callsed as a trauma)
- Swelling to the face
- Bleeding – uncontrolled such as after an extraction
- Pain that cannot be controlled by pain relief medicines
